All UNUSED products purchased through www.primevapeco.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE
- The seller’s chief objective is to ensure the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If the item purchased is malfunctioning or defective in anyway upon arrival we’re happy to assist in troubleshooting and providing the necessary replacement parts to get your unit functioning as intended. No refunds/exchanges will be issued for an item that has been opened and/or used.
In order to qualify for exchange/store credit, the goods or packaging may not have been used or damaged, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by all items comprising the product. In the event of a return or exchange for a sealed/unopened item, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost. The notice of exchange or return has to be made in writing; an email will suffice: firstname.lastname@example.org
- In the event of a return or exchange, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost. Otherwise no store credit / exchanges / returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
- In order to help with the return of your order you must obtain a Merchandise Return number (MR) by emailing email@example.com
- within the cancellation period.
- Our return address is detailed on your original invoice. Failure to obtain an MR does not affect your legal, consumer rights.
- The buyer must take reasonable care of all goods in their possession and return them to us, with their original packaging, within 7 days from the date the MR number was issued.

Conditions for Return
You may return an unused product purchased at www.primevapeco.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:
*You include all original packaging in like new condition, *You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition, *You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition, and *You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.primevapeco.com within the above return period.
How to Return your Product
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
*Contact Primevapeco.com Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. *Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
Primevapeco.com will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. Primevapeco.com reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
